Last night, Kami and I were on our way to institute when I realized I missed a turn. I was in the right lane and decided to get into the left lane when I smacked into a 1999 Gold Cadillac that was in my blind spot. Oopsy, my bad but for the record-I'm still a good driver. I changed my insurance last month to only carry liability insurance, so it was time to get rid of Hermie (my loyal 1994 Honda Accord). I sold my car for a small price and with the rise in gas prices and the deflation of the U.S. dollar, I am boycotting buying a new car (at least until fall). I ride the metro to work and only used my car to go to the gym, church, and grocery store.
Here's a picture of the damage and a picture of Hermie's good side as I said good bye to my loyal car of 5 years. Hermie put me through college, took me to visit my grandparents in Washington State, to visit friends in California, and went to Virginia twice. It was my first car and I'm going to miss it!

Tabbi, I'm here for you. Remember how we had matching cars and I even tried to get in your car because I thought it was mine? When we sold my Honda last fall it was a sad day. Everytime I see a white '94 Accord I get all excited thinking it might be my old "Saphoan." If you get missing Hermie and need to talk give me a call.
