Brianhead/Holi Fesival

My friend Tracy invited us to spend a weekend at her cabin in Brian Head.

We went sledding.

Rode 4-wheelers/snow mobiles.

And got snowed in. With drifts and fresh snow, our cars were BURIED!!
The kind neighbor a few cabins up had to clear the roads for us to leave Sunday night.
I haven't seen snow like this since I was a little kid...

We spent a lot of time reading books, watching movies, playing games and vegging!!
Amanda and Jenny burst out in laughter when they saw my thermals (AKA little boy pajamas).
Thanks Tracy and family for letting us stay at your cabin!

Our friend Chelsie got married a few weeks ago.
I love these girls, it's been too long!

Spring is a season of rebirth, of joy and hope. The Festival of Holi (India) is a festival of colors, celebrated on the full moon day in the month of Phalguna (March/April). The Spring Festival is a colorful ardor to win the blessings of Gods for good harvests and fertility of the land.

Heather, Brandon and I bought all White clothes for the festival.
Best idea we had all day (besides In-n-Out--YUM!)

Heather and Brandon were COVERED-thanks to brod's rowdy friends.
What a happy couple!!

looks like a lot of fun. I've always wanted to go to that festival. I will one day. I just added it to my list. Who is the tool flipping off the camera? I'm getting to be old fashioned, I like the bunny ears better.
