Ran the dirty dash 10K with my DC friend, Cassie.
There were obstacles: hay bales, sprinklers, barricades, slip&slide, etc.
I love/hated this race. Lots.
Running 6 miles in muddy socks was a bit much.
But it was a blast.

The swamp covered with flies we ran through, not fun.
And the FREEZING cold shower at the end, also not fun.

I think this was the first year they've done it. It was in Midway. I'd be up for a 5K but the mud gave me blisters all over my feet, not tough enough to do another 10K in mud.
