Each year for my birthday, I make a post about the favorite moments/memories for the number of years that I am old. Here they are for my 27th year!

I made these for breakfast/lunch for a month or two....
...until I realized I really hated them.
8. Gingerbread house FAIL.
My brother Cody stayed up with me until 2 am the night before Thanksgiving trying to help me make gingerbread for our family gingerbread house tradition.
I added the wrong amount of water/flour and absolutely ruined like 3 recipes.
But diligent and sweet was he in assisting me until I finally gave up.

11. Taiwanese Care Package
For Chinese New Year, I sent my old students letters (with goals) that they had written to themselves with pictures, candy, games, etc etc. That box cost $50 just to mail to Taiwan, better believe I loaded it FULL of goodies!

I'm really starting to like living in SLC (even though the winters are BRUTAL)!

Oh I'm sorry, how did I not make your list this year?! I should be number one :) Love this! It's so fun to look back and see how much you really do accomplish in one year, especially being single and being able to travel. I love to do it as well!
