Obsessed with my nieces.

High School Musical 3 opened on Friday so I took my 2 oldest nieces. There must've been 300 kids with only a few adults: utter chaos but Zac Efron is SOOO dreamy;)

The girls made me jump in the trampoline in the freezing cold. Check out their electrified hair and Libby thinks that I'm a space heater because every time her feet got cold she plopped on my lap.

My dad came to the game with my brother's family. Gotta love my dad's hat, he's so funny. I have been telling people that my dad looks like Senator McCain, but then he grew a mustache so never mind! I'll have to find a picture of him without a hat/stache.

I took family pictures for my brother and his family. The fall is so beautiful in Utah right now, I wanted to share some of my favorites.

Home for Homecoming!

Jessica and Heather have been dear friends for years. Jessica is a professional harpist but she just broke her hand last week.

Dinner at Trio with Joe, Heather, Jess and Dolly. I wish we could get together more often!

It was Homecoming at USU this weekend and I ran into my old buddy Big Blue at the tailgate.

My frind Enz works at the temple and apparently thinks this pose (of newly weds) is precious!

Friday I went up to True Aggie night with Chad and his friends. I forget how funny students are, I don't dare tell stories online but the most random people were up on the A that night.

This group would be categorized as the 'ASUSU folk'.

Senator Obama and Senator McCain agree on something!

Lori and a group of our friends went to Firehouse. I ordered the Focaccia Bread and the Cordon Bleu pasta...and a FH'zzookie! Hey Billy, thanks for the ride on your motorcycle.

I went with Lance, the cowboy, to Breakfast at the Blue Plate Diner! I haven't seen that kid forever. He covered his hashbrowns with ketchup to remind him of the deer he gutted the night before!

Annapolis in the Fall

My roommates, some friends and I took a day trip to see Annapolis, MD this weekend. It was a short trip but we walked around the quaint little shops and then ate some crab at Jimmy Cantler's. Luckily, Andy and Ben came along and they graciously took a bunch of group photos of us girls- Thanks again guys!! Here's a pic of the Capitol Building.

Ben and Andy are male models (minus the lollipop).

I love this shot of Chareese and Ben laughing at Andy!

I've never seen such beautiful alleys as the ones in Annapolis. All of the alleyways have names and most of the buildings have this awesome old brick.

We took some roommate photos. L-R: Nicole, Carlie, Tabbi and Callie

And here we are again with the brick sidewalk/road.

And in front of the Capitol Building...

Cantler's was a drive from the harbor but it had the perfect atmosphere for eating crabs!! I had the cream of crab soup (which i wouldn't recommend) and the Jumbo Crab sandwich which was quite tasty.

Nicole and Carlie ate King Crab legs. I can't even imagine how big the bodies would be, check out how gigantic those legs are... creepmyster!

Quarter Century Celebration!

I turned 25 on Monday! For my birthday, I went to dinner with a few friends at the Cheesecake Factory (my 1st time eating there) and then we had a dessert party afterwards.
Wayne gave me a sitting hug before leaving my party, it reminds me of that scene in 'Elf' where Will Farrell sits on his dad's lap even though he's far too big!

Look at those pearly whites, I love these guys (mostly cuz they're charming AND handsome)!

This is a picture of all the Aggies at the party. I believe it was Mary McMullen that started this chant: 'AGGIES STICK TOGETHER! AGGIES STICK TOGETHER!'

Doesn't Michael have beautiful eyes? I found this picture on my camera from that night.

Nicole, Tabbi, and Jeff enjoying our dessert.

Finally uploading pictures!

Views from the event center that I work at, the whole floor is encased with glass windows. This past weekend, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the storms come in and out because the clouds were beautiful. Here's a few shots..

The Iwo Jima memorial located one block from the center.

The monuments with a rainbow that appeared after the heavy rainfall.

Aren't those clouds awesome?!

I LOVE the monuments, especially the Jefferson. Which monument is your favorite?

Cruising in the mini coopers

My roommate Carlie drives a spunky red mini cooper and several times a week she'll drive up and down the George Washington Parkway (beautiful scenic drive around D.C.). I have learned that if I drive with her, I'd better bring a scarf or wear a hat to protect my hairstyle! She rolls down the windows, opens the sunroof and blasts her tunes! It doesn't matter that it's hot and humid outside, Carlie still wears her detective costume to go on her scenic drives.

This particular drive I brought my camera and attempted to take a picture of the sunset (just ignore the car next to us).

Tabbi's Thai Kitchen

I haven't made this meal for over a year and I'll admit to being out of practice.
The menu consisted of :
Green chicken curry on rice
Peanut Pad Thai
Corn Fritters
Pork Lettuce Wraps
Coconut Ice Cream with Fresh Mango

At dinner, someone mentioned the episode of Friends where Ross can't list all 50 states. Of course everyone at the table thought they could list them easily, but only a few did. Here's a few pics of them rackin' their brains!
