I generally go to the beach over Memorial Weekend.
But this year, I one-upped myself and went to freezing, cold Jelly Stone.
It was actually a lot of fun.
There were Evergreens...
...and Tatonkas
...and Geysers. oh my!
The blue skies even peeked around the clouds for a minute.
Can you spot the elk among the buffaloes?
Ironically, I ran into my old neighbors from Virginia.
Their family lived right across the street from me in Old Town Alexandria.
They live in Logan now, all the more reason to visit cache valley.
Our furry antlered friends.
Can't remember the name of these falls. Anyone?
Buffalo Crossings.
Check out the dreads on that one.
The 'Grand Canyon' of Yellowstone.
We drove all around the park and then headed down to Jackson Hole for dinner.
I have not been to JH since I worked there the summer of '03.
It was fun to reminisce...but I wish the weather had been warm/sunny.
And hey, I discovered photo collages!
